Leena's Kitchen was born out of a genuine passion for authentic home-cooked food. In a world full of commercial restaurant gravies, artificial additives, and heavy preservatives, our mission is simple: serve pure, comforting, hygienic food cooked with 100% pure desi ghee and groundnut oil — completely free from preservatives, artificial flavours, or artificial colours.
Our Cooking Philosophy
100% Pure Desi Ghee & Groundnut Oil
Every sweet, from our traditional Ghewar to soft Besan Ladoos, is prepared solely with premium pure desi ghee. Savory thalis, snacks, and home gravies are cooked strictly with pure groundnut oil. We never use palm oil, vanaspati, or blended vegetable oils.
No Preservatives, No Artificial Flavours or Colours
We believe real food doesn't need chemical enhancements. We use zero preservatives, zero artificial flavouring, and zero synthetic food colours — exactly how authentic food is made at home.
Small-Batch Freshness (Preorder Only)
We don't cook in bulk or freeze food. By accepting preorders 1 day in advance (by 11 PM), we source fresh produce and prepare each meal specifically on the morning of pickup.

Our Dal Baati Churma, Dal Pakwan, and festive delicacies preserve true heirloom flavours with freshly roasted whole spices and traditional roasting techniques.
